GINGER MOO The Heiland Coo (highland cow) a silly poem.
GINGER MOO
Ginger moo is a Heiland coo.
She stands on the hill, watching the view.
I suppose she’s got nothing else to do,
Except standing on the hillside.
She likes to eat grass in all kinds of weather.
If snow covers the grass, she just eats the heather.
With her coo-type friends, she has a coo-type blether,
On the Heiland hillside.
Ginger has long, straggly, ginger hair.
Sometimes her eyes just aren’t there.
Her legs are muddy but she doesn’t care.
At night, she sleeps there on the hillside
Ginger Mini is her baby coo.
She is scruffy and ginger too.
She makes funny noises trying to moo,
As she stumbles round the hillside.
Ginger Pop is the daddy coo.
He drinks nothing but Irn Bru.
Says he likes it ’cause it’s ginger too.
And they all live on the hillside.
